These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the YourServiceHub mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tech Hub LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Service Access

YourServiceHub provides access to its features as described at the time of your registration. We are currently in a beta period during which all features are available at no cost. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Tech Hub LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service (such as business profiles, photos, and appointment notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
